It Works IF You Follow a Sensible Diet and Exercise Program,
Definitely noticed less hunger, so not tempted to snack as usual. I would say it helps you to follow a sensible diet plan and stick with it. I lost 12 pounds using this for 1 month. I also cut out all the chips and sodas, ate healthier meals and smaller portions. I haven’t started an exercise program yet though.(may as well be honest, right?)
I will probably buy some more of this, as it does help me to not want to snack a lot. I had no side effects from it and I do take a prescription for high blood pressure. This is the ONLY diet product I have ever used that did not cause a side effect because of the blood pressure issue.
My advice is if you are willing to follow a healthier eating plan, then most likely you will benefit from this product and lose weight. The fact that it does make you feel full, so you don’t want to snack really helps. It takes a couple of weeks to get used to not snacking as much,(your head is telling you that you want it, even when you don’t feel hungry,lol) but if you can get through that, you will win the battle.

My first review on a product.Just ordered 4th box for my friends.
I believe those pills are working. I have been using pills for 2 weeks.
Here are results so far;
- 1 I have more energy, I am waking up earlier with no problem. Before I could not wake up easily and feel tired all day.
maybe it depends on people to people, I can see this effect after taking pills.
- 2 I do not how much pounds I have lost but my friends are telling me the difference that I lost at least 5-6 lbs..
- 3 I do not feel hungry and never want to eat burgers, fries,..junk food.
- 4 Belive me, this is working like viagra
No side effects so far. Thats all I have, I will update this post, if anything changes.
